Kegel Exercise for Men

Hi all,

Is it immoral for men to do kegel exercises? To elaborate, kegels are when you contract and release the muscle that you use to stop urination. They are recommended for a number of different problems. Incontinence and premature ejaculation are the most common. What I am worried about though is the fact that this exercise is too close to sexual stimulation. It’s not manual masterbation - but would it still fall under the category of masterbation? Thanks for your help.

Is it immoral for someone to lift weights to strengthen their arms? Legs? Tone their shoulders? Go for walks to improve cardiovascular fitness?

It is just excercise to strengthen and tone a muscle.

I’m a bit puzzled by your question because I haven’t found Kegel exercises to be sexually stimulating in the least. But I think if someone is doing them to address a medical problem there shouldn’t be any moral conflict.

I’ve done Kegels for awhile now, and I don’t see anything immoral about them. I honestly don’t find them pleasurable. They do in fact work however!

I think Kegel exercises can be immoral for women but sometimes absolutely necessary. I’ve heard people do Kegel exercises immediately after making love in order to emit semen. But at the same time if you’ve go to go, you’ve got to go.

I think while if done with the intent to prevent conception it would be a sin. In reality it would not be very effective at preventing pregnancy.

My Brother got very good results by doing these kegel exercises.He trained by the famous Institute. We shouldn’t do these exercises on our own we should fallow some guidelines by the instructor.Now my brother is very happy.
