My husband told me once that the one thing that really sealed the deal for him with me was that I couldn’t care less about celebrities, the liberalism of Hollywood, reality TV, or soap operas. LOL. Ah, romance.

We all have our crazy “things” we enjoy. I just always thought it was funny that my husband always says that (though he used to tease me because I watched “Neighbours” and “Brookside” with my MIL).

No, they don’t. I wish I could see more old 60s and early 70s episodes of “Secret Storm” and “The Edge of Night” because they remind me of my mom and grandma watching every day and I love to look at the vintage clothes and furniture. The organ music on “Secret Storm” used to creep me out as a small child.

Then I got watching “General Hospital” in high school and first couple years of college…later my husband and I used to turn on “EastEnders” because it was like taking a cheap half-hour trip to London.
