Its completely different.
First, Trump said he wanted to get rid of Obamacare completely, but then he would replace it with somethin else that contained provisions similar to parts of Obamacare, like pre-existing conditions.
Second, the Court is indicating it will either entirely uphold Obamacare, or perhaps simply invalidate the mandate portion, which was already essentially removed by legislation (leaving Obamacare exactly like it is now).
So this is really a complete loss for Trump on his goal to remove Obamacare. Given that he never got around to the “replace” part of that promise, even the GOP is probably secretly relieved.
