Please pray for my boyfriend and his two daughters. His ex-wife has taken the children somewhere. He has full legal custody of them, but they live with his sister in the Philippines while he supports them by sending money from Korea, since he couldn’t make ends meet as a single parent there. His ex-wife (who abandoned the family several years ago) showed up at the house and asked to see them. She said she’d take them to an amusement park, and never brought them back. He thinks she’s moved across the country with them.

Please pray for their safe return, comfort and peace of mind for my boyfriend, and for his ex-wife to get the help she needs. He’s going to fly to the Philippines to look for them as soon as he gets paid. Please pray.
 
Dear God, have mercy on this poor suffering man. Help him through the shock and distress. Help his children to feel safe in confidence that their Daddy is longing for them and looking for them. Please protect their mental and emotional security.
Holy Spirit You know where the children are, lead him to them and restore them to him. Please let this be soon. Mother Mary, you were in such distress when you lost your boy for just three days, please intercede with all your heart, for this family, and for the families of all who are grieving for the disappearance of their children, and within custody and visitation battles.

I really feel for your boyfriend, and all of you, including the children. It happened to my eldest son, twice, pure agony for months. Court cases and heavy debts, but your boyfriend knows all about that. She disappeared interstate, somewhere, with the two children. In the end she gave them back to him because she couldn’t handle their son. He’s raised them alone, and his daughter is the kindest most caring and well-balanced girl, his son has become a lovely, gentle boy.

Thanks, Trishie. This comforted me a lot. I’m praying for a speedy and safe resolution to this.

Thanks for your prayers. My boyfriend got in touch with his ex-brother-in-law, and he confirmed that the ex-wife has the children. Please keep praying - maybe this can be sorted out soon. I hope so.
