Material heretic (or material heresy) or formal (manifest) heretic. Material heretic is someone who in good faith does not know that what they hold to be contrary to the teaching of the Churhc. Formal (or manifest) heretic is someone who knows quite well what the Church teaches on a particular issue and teaches against it.
