Since mary is the Queen of Heaven and Jesus is King does this mean he is married to his mother? I know this might sound not nice to say but Im not being disrespectful.

No. In ancient times, the highest-ranking woman in a kingdom was the king’s mother, not his wife. When she died, the wife would then assume her place. Mary is living, and Jesus has no wife, ergo…

The mother of the king was always the queen in the Old Testament. Rarely was the wife of the king also the queen.

Solomon was King and his mother Bathsheba was queen.

*He was twenty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Jeho-ad’din of Jerusalem. (2Kgs.14:2)

He was sixteen years old when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty-two years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Jecoli’ah of Jerusalem. (2Kgs 15:2)

He was twenty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Jeru’sha the daughter of Zadok. (2Kgs 15:33)

He was twenty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Abi the daughter of Zechari’ah. (2Kgs.18:2)

Manas’seh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty-five years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Heph’zibah. (2Kgs 21:1)

Amon was twenty-two years old when he began to reign, and he reigned two years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name** was Meshul’lemeth the daughter of Haruz of Jotbah. (2Kgs.21:19)*

The Bible goes on and on like this, at least twenty nine times giving the name of the mother of the king. It does this because the mother of the king was the queen.

I didn’t realize that.
I’ve heard that the reason the queen was the mother rather than the wife is because the kings were polygamists. Multiple wives would mean multiple queens. But every king only had One mother, so they just made the mother the queen instead of one of the wives.

Mary is the Mother of God. The mother of Jesus. Not his wife.

OP, I think you’re taking the analogy a little too literally. 🙂
