King David's banquets

How did King David eat with his guests in his banquets? There were many lambs cut in his banquets, how many guests ate? What was the eating arrangement? The size of the table and the dining room? I have been curious about this since some time after I read the number of lambs cut for his banquets. Can any one throw some light on this matter please?

I doubt we know many details. However, I believe that at this time there would not have been a high table with chairs but very low table and mats on which people reclined, like at the Last Supper.
