The King James is the only version I am aware of that is banned by the Catholic church to be read in their churches.
Can anyone verify if this is true? If so, which “imprimatur” is it, and what does it really say?The Pope put an imprimatur on it hundreds of years ago forbidding it to be read. It is still in effect today.
