24 May 2011 Patriarch Kirill of Moskow celebrates his name day, the feasts of the Holy Equi Apostles Kirill and Mefodiy in the Uspenskiy sobor of the Moskow Kreml. This began also the days of Slavonic Literature and Culture, which are the gifts of these two great Saints. Greetings then to all Kirills, Mefodiys and to all Slavic speakers here!!
Also was given out the Patriarchal Prize for russian literature.
