Really? I’ve never heard any attacks on the Catholic Church at my church (Assemblies of God). We have some former Catholics who are glad they left, but their criticism is at least with the benefit of first-hand knowledge. Unless I talk to one of those people, the subject never comes up.

Well, thats good. I attended ASG Church for a few years, and they were pretty nice folks. I can’t recall the preacher there ever directly attacking the Church either. . I did however have to defend the Catholics on numerous occasions when I heard indivduals in that Church attack what Catholics believe. Most of it was misinformation by well meaning people. Having been raised Catholic I did my best to correct it.
