I would like to know how most people with bad knees wearing high heels in dresses are able to kneel for communion without the rail? I have tried it here in the office and I about fell over trying to get back up. Kneeling down took forever because I have to be careful I don’t injure myself. Now had the communion rails not been ripped out, this would not be a problem for me. I would not even mind kneelers in the front so those that wish to kneel can kneel without knocking other people over.

I would prefer to kneel because I feel more reverent when doing so…

I agree that the kneelers should not have been taken out.

Wear flats instead of heels. Take note of your skirt’s length so you’re not tripping when you get up. I have bad knees, so even with a kneeler, I’d remain standing.

I totally agree with the flats - heels and bad knees is not a good combination rullstop.
