Knox Bible - student edition?

I came across a Knox Bible, student edition, while searching on Amazon. The listing says it was published in 1950 and is a student edition binding, by Sheed & Ward. Does anyone know how this version would compare to other versions of the Knox Bible? Specifically, would there be any difference in the text & footnotes?

I think it’s safe to say that this is the same Knox translation as the non-student edition binding one.
