koran(5:33) says…" the recompense of those who wage war against allah and his messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they be killed or be crucified or thier hands and feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land…"
any speech against allah and his messenger muhammad could be understood by islamic militants or ordinary muslim as waging war.
therefore those who speak ill of allah or his messenger muhammad must be killed or be mutilated.
would you agree that this is against freedom of speech?in a free society?
