Kroger employees allege religious discrimination over ‘rainbow’ apron

It’s only 3 colors. That is a far stretch for rainbow colors.

What’s not clear to me is did Kroger say this heart stood for something LGBTQ+ related? Or did the plaintiffs interpret it that way independent of Kroger? I don’t think I have sufficient information to determine if discrimination on some protected viewpoint occurred.
 
I don’t see how Kroger could think they could pull this off in Arkansas of all places??
 
It’s pretty normal even in Arkansas for employers to require uniforms.
 
The EEE is going to have to prove the tri-colored heart represents LBGT.
IMHO, Trump’s appointee is going to come out with egg on his face.
 
Rainbows or things resembling rainbows make some people nervous.
