Does any one know of any churches that do the extraordinary form of the mass (please forgive my wording, mea culpa) in Los Angeles—or in the county, at least? If so, links would be great

It looks like St. Therese in Alhambra, St. Mary Magdalen Chapel in Camarillo, St. Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, and Sts. Peter and Paul in Wilmington have one each week. St. Thomas Aquinas College has one daily. There are others offered on a less frequent basis. It is best to call ahead though, and make sure times or locations haven’t changed.

Sts. Peter and Paul in Wilmington have Traditional Mass every Sunday (except the third Sunday of the month) at 6:30, and every third Sunday at 9:30. On the third Sunday of the month, they swap – usually the 9:30 mass is the Ordinary Form in Latin.
They also hold to traditional calendar days for Holy Days of Obligation – while pretty much of the rest of the Archdiocese of LA celebrated Ascension on Sunday, for instance, at Sts. Peter and Paul, it was still on Thursday with an EF High Mass. They also do celebrate EF Masses on request for weddings, funerals and the like.

fyi as far as Holy Days are concerned, a parish may celebrate EF Holy Day Masses on their traditional days but you are only required to go if that is the law of where you live
ie Holy Day X is traditionally on a Thursday, a diocese decides to transfer it to a Sunday for whatever reason, St. X Parish still holds a EF Mass for Holy Day X on Thursday, you’re not required to go even if it is your parish; the parish may end up celebrating it on Sunday again

To the OP, there’s also a weekly Sunday 7am OF Mass in Latin at the Monastery of the Angels (cloistered Dominican sisters) in the Hollywood Hills. 1977 Carmen Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90068.
Be wary of the SSPX, Independent, and CMRI chapels and churches in LA. There’s a lot of them.
