Lady Comp

Has anyone used the Lady Comp in their 40’s? I’m 38 and my husband would like to try for one more baby soon. I’m open to the idea of one more baby and c-section. However, that would be it. Three c-sections is my limit. My cycles are pretty easy to read now, but I wonder if that will be true in four or five years. Lady Comp seems pretty easy to use. Has anyone here used it in perimenopause?

My wife is 30. We have used lady comp and it has been the best NFP oprion for us. We use it until we have a good grasp on the cycles and physical signs. It is conservative until it narrows your cycle down lots of red and yellow lights. We use it to space but Ladycomp also can be used to concieve.
The one issue we have had is a slight electric shock from the thermometer.
We joke that we have a computer tell us when we can have sex. But really it is nothing more than a program that moniters certain NFP rules. Using it with physical signs as well for us has been by far the most accurate predictor of all.

We use Lady Comp, and my wife is 39. We are not using it to conceive, but as I understand it, the procedures in terms of temp taking are pretty much the same whatever the use. There is also a Baby Comp specifically for those wishing to conceive. We’ve never used that.

My wife has made no mention of an electric shock, and that is not the kind of thing she would fail to mention to me. The Lady Comp recharges, so we have been able to take it on 10 day camping trips with us where we have no electricity.

We’ve had it for a little over one year. We both love it, especially her, since she was doing most of the work on charting previously.
