Imagine that I could send you to Hell for a free experience to learn what it feels like to exist in hell.

Perhaps I would limit it to just a day or two.

The journey begins.

Days later, we see the tip of your fingers rapidly appear in our reality as you begin to emerge from that Hell. Fractions of a second later, we see you hand, and then most of your arm, and it appears as though you are reaching outward as you return, literally diving into our reality. We see your face, with your eyes and mouth wide open, with the expression on your face showing absolute terror and necessity. Your entire body is then in view as you dive across the room, heading toward a red button in the corner of the room, desperately trying to get to that button as fast as is possible.

In your mind, as you fly across the room, is the awareness that no one else on this planet would not do the same as you are doing at this very moment.

Prior to leaving, I also informed you of a red button that was in the corner of the room, and that if you pushed that button, all reality would be destroyed, and nothing would ever exist again.

You now knew just how bad Hell truly is.

You now knew what kind of being created it.

You now knew of what much of mankind had approved of.

You now knew that this agonizing Hell was so brutal that it could not be justified no matter what, not even if it were to save all mankind, all spiritual, and all realty.

Umm… there is not much of substance here… you are making a number of unsupportable assumptions.
  1. That hell would be unbearable after just a couple of days. We know little about hell. As far as we know, it may be the eternal nature of it that is the true source of suffering. A few days there might be no worse than a few days of illness or depression… horrible, but hardly worth destroying reality.
  2. In assuming that we could have the knowledge to know it was unjustifiable, you assume we are able to have perfect knowledge which is reserved for God alone. Only God can know what is truely justified or not.
  3. That the perspective of a person in Hell would be objective in this matter. Almost by definition, one in hell has deformed their perspective to one of selfishness. Such a person might well wish reality destroyed to save themselves, but that hardly makes them objective.
  4. That Hell is an objective place, rather than simply the state of being seperated from God… or possibly being in the presense of God’s love when one does not want that love.
I also note that you say that Hell was too brutal even if all of mankind was saved… But if that is the case, then how could hell be brutal (at least to men, the Devil and his minions are another thing). We would be protected from its brutality.

Justice demands that if there is eternal joy for holiness, there must be eternal suffering for evil. There’s no way around it. If God were to relent in His justice toward the unrepentant, He would effectively destroy Himself, since perfect justice is truth and lying would negate God’s own essence. It’s not possible. Hell is a reality of our own free will, not God’s. We choose to separate ourselves from Heaven by our own choice, so there’s really no point in Him stepping in and wiping it out, since He will not impede our free will. God will not deprive the sheep of the beatific vision because the goats have chosen their fate, no matter how painful it is. That would be unjust.

I make NO assumptions.

What makes Hell a living Hell, is that it is so extreme that it is beyond the comprehension of the human mind. Therefore, as the mind experiences it, the mind at the same time is saying that it is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE for it to be happening. Every second, the mind is saying that it is simply NOT possible.

What I am saying is that if one experienced pain, then awareness of it being real is clearly present. If the pain is increased, then the awareness also is increased, and so the awareness of it being real, is magnified. The capacity of the mind is finite. If pain is increased, then more of that capacity is filled.

In the case of Hell, the experience is beyond the capacity of the limitations of the human mind, and so it literally tears the mind apart. This is the point where the mind perceives such agony as being beyond the possible, since it extends beyond the limits of comprehension that the human mind is capable of in the first place.

One would expect that the greater the agony, then the more obvious it is that it is real and that it is truly happening, but in this case it simply goes far far far beyond it.

For this Hell to be effective to the maximum, it is the innocent that must be thrown into that Hell.

You see, up can not exist without a down, left without a right etc., just as a Paradise can not exist without the opposite, a Hell.

If the innocent are thrown into that Hell, then the guilty become those who are outside of it, and they, without a conscience, can then inflict more and more pain upon those in Hell, such that the Paradise outside of that Hell, becomes better and better and better and better and…

The guilty do not care about what Hell they put the innocent through, for they are concerned about only their own personal Paradise.

Fortunately, some ONE, put a stop to this.

So you claim, but I notice you didn’t actually answer my points.

So, may I ask how you came upon this special knowledge regarding hell that others don’t have? Even those who have been granted a vision of Hell, seem perfectly capable of comprehending what they saw.

Umm, again, how do you know? You speak as if you know what Hell is like, though I find it difficult to understand how you can have such intimate knowledge of Hell.
One would expect that the greater the agony, then the more obvious it is that it is real and that it is truly happening, but in this case it simply goes far far far beyond it.
Again, you know this how?
For this Hell to be effective to the maximum, it is the innocent that must be thrown into that Hell.
Umm, that makes no sense. Hell is not meant simply as a deterent, it is the consequence of rejecting God.
You see, up can not exist without a down, left without a right etc., just as a Paradise can not exist without the opposite, a Hell.
This is false Logic. Your assumption that Hell is the necessary corallary of Heaven is based on Hell being the opposite of Heaven, but it isn’t really. I am not sure what Hell is, but I have no reason to believe that it is merely Heaven’s opposite. It might simply be the absence of that which makes Heaven, Heaven (i.e. the beatific vision).
If the innocent are thrown into that Hell, then the guilty become those who are outside of it, and they, without a conscience, can then inflict more and more pain upon those in Hell, such that the Paradise outside of that Hell, becomes better and better and better and better and…

Ok, maybe its because I have been sick today, but you just are not making any sense to me here.
