Latin Consecration in the OF

About a year ago there was some talk that Pope Benedict was considering requiring that the consecration be done in Latin during all OF Masses, but there was no real follow up. Has anyone heard anything recently about this possibility? To refresh your memories:

Pope Benedict has expressed a personal wish to see the Anaphora recited aloud in Latin in the OF, regardless of the language/s used in the rest of the Mass.

He has also said he’d like to see the Kiss of Peace moved to immediately after the Prayer of the Faithful.

I don’t recall any action of his that would require these two wishes to be implemented, however.

That’s the thing. It was mentioned briefly and then seemingly never brought up again. I’m still kind of hoping that HH still has it somewhere in the back of his mind and is just waiting for an appropriate time. Wishful thinking I suppose.
