Can anyone tell me where I can get an eglish and latin version of liturgy of the hours.

It depends on exactly what you want?
If you want the multi-volume (typically 4) complete set, you will need get separate English and Latin versions. English is available from a variety of sources, Latin is available from paxbook.com.
Newman House Press produces a one-volume Lauds and Vespers per Annum, with Latin facing English pages. The English translation is not the ICEL and is not approved for public worship. I believe the current edition covers every day of the Ordinary and the Proper of Seasons, but I may be mistaken (and, as the name tells: includes only those two offices, leaving out the others).

Baronius Press is publishing–someday–a newly typset edition of Collegeville’s THE DIVINE OFFICE IN ENGLISH AND LATIN, based on the rubrics of 1961 or so.
This will be bi-lingual.

The LOTH is in Latin only at Almudi. The English can be found at universalis.com

There are no print copies that I know of in either form that have BOTH English and Latin, it’s one or the other. If you find one then let me know, I’d like a Latin-English Diurnale Romanum, just like the pdf in my previous post, but I’m pretty sure the CMAA doesn’t have a print version of that.
