I know, it sounds wierd but I have almost no opportunity to go to a Latin Mass and am not hopeful in the future. So, this begs the question. ANybody know where to get a Latin Mass podcast?

I know it’s not what you are looking for but the link above has the Pater Noster sung and spoken for both Low and High Masses. It’s something. If you can’t find a podcast of the Mass, perhaps you can piece the Mass together or simply rip YouTube Masses and make your own podcast.

 :hmmm:

I broke down and bought “Latin High Mass for Nostalgic Catholics - Bonaventure Choir” on Zune’s Store i think its on the ipodstore as well as far as online videos go this is a good one: latin-mass-society.org/video.htm

as well as the Fulton sheen 1941 Easter Sunday High mass

God Bless

Father Z does podcasts and movies of himself praying and saying Mass. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have a search feature on his blog. But! It’s still an awesome blog

I listen to this while following along in my missal. It’s the whole Mass with the propers (readings) of the Mass from “Trinity Sunday”.
I downloaded the “Full Mass” (“save target as”)

.
That’s really awesome! I just listened to about half of it (then got interupted by the kids). I’m going to use that to “practice” following along. However, I can’t actually hear most of what the priest says at Mass (even his homilies are hard to hear, but never mind…)

Hi WhizKid,
It’s a coincidence that I spotted your post today as I attended my first Latin Mass yesterday! While I was not able to follow all of it, it was still a very moving experience.
Here is a link to an Irish website. It has the entire text and excellent background essays by Kieron Wood. latinmassireland.org/
God Bless,
Colmcille.

This one I really like. Professional video and good audio:

I have the audio of this on my iPod which is nice to listen to especially late at night.

Been wanting to find more, but haven’t found anything with decent audio on line for free other than this. Anybody know of anything else?

Blessings,

E.A. fan

I’m pretty sure that just about all of the priests that have their homilies posted on **Audio Sancto **are FSSP priests. I know that they are all good, traditional priests who are loyal to the magisterium. While there’s not any of the liturgy on the site, it will give you an idea of what kind of meaty homilies that certain EF parishes are amazingly lucky to get every week. Also, they have lots of homilies on there about the meaning of the mass, and often in the homilies they will talk about the meaning behind the different parts and prayers of the EF mass.

Father Fryar has a Low Mass everyday along with a High Mass on Sunday (both live and recorded)

Enjoy!
There are also apps for the iPhone and iPad - iMass and iMass HD. These are truly wondrous times.
iMass makes it possible to view Holy Mass each day directly on your iPhone.
Whether you are at the park, on a bus, at a coffee shop or in the comfort of your home, you can view Holy Mass and unite your prayers to it.
iMass takes the apostolate that Christ the King Catholic Church and the FSSP started with livemass.net to the next level. Now not only is the Latin Mass provided live and recorded each day on the web, but with this app you may view the Mass each day directly on your iPhone.
The app also provides the text of the Mass of the day, making it useful as a missal for the participation at Mass.
This app does not serve to fulfill the Sunday Obligation of going to church and assisting at Mass, however it is an optimal way to unite yourself to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, at any time of the day or night.
-The Daily Mass Video Stream is a continuously variable bitrate stream. When you are in locations of slow bandwidth an audio-only file will stream, however when the bandwidth improves the stream will seamlessly switch between video streams of higher bitrates.
-The Daily Mass Video Stream is uploaded between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM EST each day. During that hour the Stream may not be available. Just try again later.
