Latin Missal and Prayer Book

Hello,

I’m sure this has been addressed, and I’m sorry for the repeat, but can someone tell me where to get a Latin Missal and prayer book? The real thing–not online versions. I want to hold a bound book with pages in my hand and keep the bookstores and printers employed

On eBay,

For about $5. or $10. per Missal I obtained two used, but in excellent condition, Rev.Joseph F. Stedman “My Sunday Missal” copyrighted 1938-1942 by Confraternity of the Precious Blood, Brooklyn, NY, and are the exact same one given me by my parents in 1948.

I still have my original but with use (until 1964) and with all the holy cards stuffed therein has lost it’s binding.

Happily it still works for the TLM I attend today- “To God, the joy of my youth.”.

You can also look at local thrift stores. I find copies from time to time at St. Vincent de Paul here in Los Angeles, as well as other thrift shops. There is also a Protestant book store near me which sells new and used books, they usually mark down used Catholic books including missals to bargain prices.

Are you attending a Traditional Latin Mass (Extraordinary Form) or a post-Vatican II contemporary Mass in Latin (Ordinary Form)?

TLM…they have the little red book, but I would like something I can follow with that is my own, if possible, for when I choose to follow, I understand most of it without reading along, but it is nice sometimes anyway, it helps me stay focused if I find my attention wandering.
