Where can I find the Latin for propers, antiphons, etc for Mass? Is there a post Vatican II Roman Missal that’s completely in Latin (not just the Latin for the ordinary but also the Latin for everything else as well)?

Check out CC Watershed. I believe they have the propers for every day, including sung propers. An invaluable resource.

Merry Christmas!

CC Watershed is a great resource. But as for your question about which book they are in, you want the Graduale Romanum. A common mistake is confusing the Missal antiphons and the Gradual antiphons. The former are simple text sentences designed to be recited by the priest and/or assembly, while the latter are chants set to music with refrain-and-verse format so that they can be elongated suitably for a liturgical action to take place, such as the Offertory or Communion Rite.

That should be the current official edition.

Don’t forget, though, Pope Francis added St. Joseph to all EP, except EP1 which Pope John XXIII had already modified.
