Social justice wise the LDS are way more in line with many of the secular companies policies. Using them is fine.Is using LDS sponsored tools (like ancestry.com or familyhistory.org) in conflict with Catholic doctrine?

I don’t see any conflict. I have visited the main library in Utah for the LDS and no one tried to push their religion on me. By the way, ancestry.com is a private company that is not owned by the LDS church.
