Leading others into sin

For a long time I was dating someone who has not Catholic, and did not practice reconciliation. We didnt have a perfectly pure relationship even though we tried hard to. I have confessed my sins, and for leading her into sin, but she still has the mortal sin on her soul, that I took part in. How does this affect her, and me in terms of salvation?

What you are asking about is her culpability in sin. As a non-Catholic, who has probably not been properly taught about the nature of mortal sin, and this one in particular, she is accountable for what she knew and what she decided to do with that knowledge of her own free will.

She can confess directly to God, of course, who knows her circumstances and what barriers she has to becoming Catholic and participating in reconciliation as the Church teaches it. But, when all is said and done, only God can know the state of her soul.

Have you talked to her about all this? Does she understand and believe that what you both did was a grave sin? These are the questions only she can answer.
