Can someone point me to good resources (books, etc.) to confession?
For context: I confess regularly (monthly). I am trying to enhance my understanding and learn more so that I may grow. I feel like I am at a point where I do it simply because it is my routine. I have no problem with having a routine, except I dont consider myself so knowledgeable on the sacrament that I have no room to grow and gain deeper insights into this sacrament. Also, I have children who are young, and as they are catechized and have questions, I hope to be knowledgeable and have meaningful discussions on the topic.
