I’m sold. Despite the warning of Collins’ Primer not being sutiable for self-starters, I’ve puchased the book. Now if only a Latin Mass was offered within a three hour drive of me.

I attended a minor high school seminary. I had to take 2 years of Latin. I resented it at the time because I thought it was a dead language. I never knew that there used to be a Latin Mass, or that the Church still spoke Latin… until years later. If I had known, I would have been more studious…

It is great you want to learn Latin. Read what the Baltimore Catechism says about Latin:
