Leaving Childcare- Prayers for Sister & Children

Hey brothers and sisters, I need some prayer warriors to please pray for my sister and her four children. I have been the caregiver for the children while she works for the past two years and now have an interview for another job. I will find out tomorrow whether or not I definitely have the job.

If I do get the job, my sister will be in desperate need of someone to care for her children. They range in age from 14 months - almost 13 years. The older one can help out but I especially need prayers for the youngest one who will be needing a sitter more than the others and is used to only me caring for her. Getting this job will be bittersweet for me because although it will help tremendously with my finances and getting my teenager what she needs, it will leave my sister in a bind until she finds someone. Granted, I have been warning her for at least six months now to be looking for a replacement but I guess she just assumed I would never really find something else and be the babysitter indefinitely. So please pray for the children and for my sister, that they are able to find someone who loves the kids and will care for them as much as I do. Thank you so much!

I am praying that this be resolved in accordance to our God’s will. What a trying and stressful situation! On the one hand, these children love you and you clearly love them! On the other hand, you need to provide for your own. I see your dilemma, and I can’t imagine what a position such as yours must feel like. Have peace and be well. This will work out precisely as it should.
