Lectio Divina and Statistical Biblical Distribution

A question to those here, particularly Carmelites, who practice Lectio Divina, which Book(s) do you spend most of your time contemplating – as in the Gospels, Saint Paul’s Letters, Psalms, etc.?

And another question, how often do you contemplate the Old Testament – aside from the Psalms? Which Book(s) do you work with the most?

Different times and seasons, but the one’s that speak to me most are:

New Testament: Gospel of John, Ephesians

Old Testament: Psalms, Wisdom, Job.
