I need Lectors constitution draft of a Diocese or National. I want to use it to form constitution for my Diocese.i need a duly organized one like that of canon law. Thanks,

Wouldn’t this question be better directed to a diocese - or a group of them?

no, because am a Lector and i was assigned to do it before presenting it to the diocese for correction and am capable, am just trying to see others to make it more standard

My comment was not referencing your abilities.

It was referencing the forums; I would suspect that you may be lucky to find anyone with direct knowledge; and likely they will refer you to their diocese. I was suggesting it might be more effective to go directly to some dioceses to see what they have.

that is a long journey, it must should be someone online like canon law

There are several, not all of whom are present weekly even. And Canon law is not minuscule, so they may have little or no connection to the matter.

Not trying to be a wet blanket; I just think you are far more likely to get help if you get on the phone and call a couple of diocese and ask for assistance.

I’ll reiterate CilladeRoma’s question:

What is a Lector’s constitution?

Is this what you’re looking for?

That’s strange. I googled “lector’s constitution” and the archdiocese of Anchorage “Guidelines for Lectors - PDF” came up. I clicked on the link, read it, copied the link and posted it here. Now I’m locked out of the site completely.

Lectors constitution is like a guideline, dos and don’t of lectors. constitution has only one meaning

I know, I’m now locked out too. It’s the Archdiocese of Anchorage, Alaska, website. I can access the main page but I’m blocked out of everything from there on.

The link was simply its Guidelines for Lectors.

Wow! That’s extensive compared to most I’ve seen. I can’t imagine why anyone would need anything more.
