I disagree with both of these motions. They both stink of corruption. You want to overthrow it, do it through another amendment. It will probably pass in another 10 years. As for hiding you donor sources that just stinks of corruption. You want to engage in the public realm and policy then obey laws and provide the information. Im sure if the other side lost they would be getting death threats too. Just like judges that have upheld creation not being taught in schools and openly Gay politicians. There are freaks on both sides.
