Lent is fast approaching. Wednesday at 12:00 :01. So now as Catholics its time to reflect on the passion of Our Lord. To do penance. To mortify our senses. To fast and abstain. So by now - all of us should have a good idea what we are going to do in penance for past sins. What we are giving up and or doing in the spirit of the season. Its a time of recollection. Its a time of Spiritual Preparation. To all of you may you have a grace filled and spiritually uplifting Holy Season of Lent.
 
For Eastern Christians, Catholic and Orthodox alike, it is here today; so in accordance with our tradition I would like to ask forgiveness for any offense I have given to any of my brothers and sisters here by my posts. :imsorry: I would also like to add that I am praying for all my brothers and sisters on here that we all have a holy and fruitful Lent.:byzsoc:
