Lenten Concern: Do I have to eat fish?

I have a question about Lent. I have been dealing with pancreatitis for along time, with Lent fast approchasing us I was wondering about fish on Fridays. I get very sick when I eat certain things and that’s one of them. Please let me know if I have to stick with fish on Fridays. Kathy
