Hi, I have been wondering if when giving up TV for Lent when is the proper time to be able to watch it again, I have been informed by my mother yesterday that thinking she taught me that Easter Sunday was when you were able to but discussing this yesterday that Holy Thurs is the real day you may, after she brought it up the parish priest said that Holy Thurs is end of Lent, I am confused!

While Lent ends, the Holy Triduum begins. This is also a time of fasting, especially Good Friday when the church requires us to fast. One normally continues their Lenten fast until after the Vigil Mass
