Lenten Wreath

My children (ages 5 and 9) really like the nightly readings and prayers with the Advent wreath. I ordered a Lenten Wreath from a Catholic catalog but it did not come with any instructions nor suggested readings. I searched the internet and could not find instructions; does anyone have this info or know where to find it?
