Letter to Cohabitating Couples

Hi friends,

I’m trying to track down a letter I read a long time ago about cohabitating couples in the United States. It was written by Fr. Thomas Kramer of Bismarck (I think) in the 1980’s. I can’t seem to find a copy via google. Anyone have a link to it? Anyone have a hard copy that they wouldn’t mind typing up for me? Thank you!
