No. Again, goes too far in mixing things. You replace the 4 week cycle with a 2 week one, and that goes against one of the basic principles of the revised LOTH.

The Monastic General Instructions actually recommends a 2-week cycle of the OOR for monastics who for valid reasons use the LOTH instead of one of the approved monastic schémas. I have it in my monastic breviary but in French.

That wouldn’t apply to laity though except perhaps oblates of such a community. Nor to non monastic clergy.

Any such schema would of course be under the abbot who has authority to regulate liturgy.
