It doesn’t get more traditional than this. The Feast of our Lady of Mount Carmel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York.

Nine days of Mass, Marian feasts, cannolies and Italian rope sausage. And the lifting of the Giglio of course.

I think I’ll take my kids back there next summer.
