This would help me understand as well. I was thinking I should find a Latin Mass to go to and experience the difference myself. I’m not sure I’d be able to make a list since I wouldn’t understand what was being said at all. But I hear it is a good experience.
Mostly, change in language, priest faces the congregation, the priest used to sing in latin, communion, as is meant to still be the norm, was always on the tongue, often kneeling, women wore veils, no touchy feeliness, (might not include handshake of peace), there were prayers for the salvation of the Jews etc, and the doctrine was more specific. anything more, and I could still answer.
