Links to lectures on spiritual life

I would like to gain some deeper perspective on the stages of the spiritual life. I have some really good books on the subject but find that I learn better if I have an overview of the information before I read it. I tend to get confused if I do not have a solid overview before reading deeply into a work.

Can anyone recommend some good lectures from YouTube on the stages of the spiritual life? I am especially interested in the 3 stages of the spiritual life, purgative, illuminative and unitive.
