Litany for the Conversion of Sinners

I am trying to work up a litany of saints for the conversion of sinners. I am trying to find saints who either: 1) Were great sinners who converted to Christ (e.g. St Mary Magdalene, St Paul, St Augustine) or 2.) saints who’s prayers were directly linked to the conversion of others (e.g. St Stephen, St Monica, St Therese). If you know of a litany like this that is already in existance please provide a reference for it. This would be even better.
