Is it acceptable for a priest to include the first Saturday devotion (Litany of the Sacred Heart of Mary) during Mass. This would be Mass on Saturday morning, so more like a weekday Mass (not a Mass of obligation).

Her heart should never ever be referred to as Sacred - to say that would imply that she was divine. It is Jesus’ heart instead that is called Sacred.
As for the Litany - at what point in the Mass was the Litany recited?

Except that when referred to collectively, I have encountered the term “Sacred Hearts.” For example, the missionary order to which Blessed - shortly to be Saint - Damien of Molokai belonged to is the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts. I attended one of their schools, and learned the prayer “To the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary be honor and glory forever and ever.” I would agree, though, that I have never seen the usage with Mary alone as “Sacred Heart.”You mean the Immaculate Heart of Mary?

Yes, it is acceptable because usually the masses on Saturday are devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

I give this priest 100% in using this litany; whatever happened to the Rosary (if people still know how to say it?)

There’s no such thing as Nine First Saturdays - you mean FIVE First Saturdays. And Masses on Saturday are NOT automatically devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary, at least not in the OF.Yes, it is acceptable because usually the masses on Saturday are devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

And no matter WHO a Mass is devoted to, prayers for that Mass should really be said exactly as prescribed in the Missal and according to the rubrics - none of which ever state that a Litany of the Blessed Virgin should or can be recited at Mass on Saturdays or any other day.
If your priest wants to add private devotions of this sort, really they should be done before or after Mass and not during.

As many years as I have attended church on Saturday’s, it has always been devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary, in fact, it is left to the descretion of the priest for what intention he wants the liturgy for, but in essence, it usually is for Mary.
As I said previously, each priest does as he pleases even if it is not in ccordance to church law.
We either have to accept it or go to another parish where we are happy.
We should not be condeming the priests–they are representing Christ and to judge them is like your finger pointing back at you.

Inasmuch as I love the Blessed Mother, we shouldn’t be inserting things into the Mass that do not belong there. What my former parish does is have a Novena every Wednesday to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, this is done after Mass. People will stay for this devotion, and, it only takes five minutes.
That might be a good option for the OP.

When I go to Mass of first Fridays, the Novena to Sacred Heart is prayed after Communion, before the final blessing. Is that incorrect?

Both of those Litanies realy should be done before or after Mass. Right after the final blessing is the appropriate time (the dismissal might be omitted). Just as it’s inappropriate and illicit to insert “new” services into the Mass, it’s equally so to insert “traditional” ones.
