A child at the school where I work had a brain aneurysm and stroke last night. He is in a coma now. Please pray for him and his devastated family.

For a Sick Child
St. Gerard, who, like the Savior, loved children so tenderly and by your prayers freed many from disease and even death, listen to us who are pleading for this sick child. We thank God for the great gift this beautiful child and ask him to restore this child to health if such be his holy will. This favor, we beg of you through your love for all children and mothers. Amen.
 
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen. :crossrc:

May the Lord give him strength to bear his sickness and do a miracle for him. May He also strengthen his Family and never let them lose the hope.

Lord, draw near to this little one and bring your healing in his body. Comfort the family. In the name of your son Jesus we pray, Amen.

Heavenly Father through the loving intercession of Mary our mother bless this child and the whole family that they may remain steadfast in this time of difficulty. We ask this through Jesus your Son in the unity with the Holy Spirit one God forever and ever. Amen.

My heart just breaks imagining how scary this must be for this little guy, and all who love him. Please heal him Lord.

So powerful are you in obtaining every need of body and soul our Holy Mother Church proclaims you a “Prodigy of Miracles . . . the Greatest Saint of Modern Times.” Now I fervently beseech you to answer my petition [For the healing of this child who had a stroke and aneurysm] and to carry out your promises of spending Heaven doing good on earth . . . of letting fall from Heaven a Shower of Roses. Henceforth, dear Little Flower, I will fulfill your plea “to be made known everywhere” and I will never cease to lead others to Jesus through you. Amen.
 
I want to update you all on this little boy…he is awake today, not able to talk, but can respond to his parents by squeezing their hands. They sat him up and he was able to eat some applesauce.

Certainly more than I thought possible the way things were going yesterday…thank you all so much for your prayers! And please continue to remember him and his family. God bless all of you good people.
