It certainly is possible that the Apostle’s Creed was used, as it is used often in Masses with mainly children. There are several Eucharistic prayers, at least 3, that are used in children’s Masses. So, to me, all seems in order.

There are several Eucharistic prayers, three for children, for Reconciliation Masses, and at least 4 for ordinary Mass use. 🙂
