Please forgive me if this is the wrong forum, I tried to make it the best match to this post. Anyway, I need some opinions. I decided to register a site where people can write their experiences about their parish. So many people are telling experiences of how bad the liturgical abuses are in particular parishes. Others are blessed to have found that perfect parish. On the other hand, people like me are constantly looking for that perfect parish but bumping into no-so-good ones.
So I thought about starting a website called parishreviews.com. You would click on your country or state, the town where your parish is located, then finally you would click on the parish (the site would use the google map to accomplish this). When you click on the parish’s icon on the map, you’ll be taken to the parish’s page where you can write your experiences and read other people’s experiences (good and bad… though hopefully good!). I just thought it would be an informative site to use. It would be handy for travelers, for those who are tired of church hopping, and for getting acquainted with the parish life of other parishes. Do you all think this is an okay site to start? The Vatican won’t mind will it? Let me know your thoughts or suggestions!
