Could anyone please give me some links to a good liturgical calendar that has details of days to fast and feast days??? Thanks guys!!!🙂

The USCCB website has a liturgical calendar for 2007 here:
usccb.org/liturgy/current/2007cal.pdf

and for 2008 here:
usccb.org/liturgy/current/2008cal.pdf

This liturgical calendar lists feasts, but not days of fast and abstinence. You can find those here:
usccb.org/lent/2007/Penance_and_Abstinence.pdf

From this document we read that in the United States, Roman Catholics are required to fast and abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. We abstain from meat on all Fridays of Lent.

Fridays throughout the year are also days of penitential observance. While abstaining from meat is still recommended for Fridays outside Lent, we can choose another form of penance or mortification if we prefer.
