Liturgical Greek?

I was browsing in the library when I came upon the volumes of the Menaia in Greek.I don’t read Greek but wonder what kind of Greek is it written in:? Is it classical Greek,koine of the New Testament, modern Greek, or some kind of liturgical Gteek?
