iBreviary is a good app to get. It makes it very easy to pray the LOTH.
 
No, the latter means “Oh Lord, hear my prayer. And let my cry come unto you.” “Oh God come to our aid, Oh Lord make haste to help us” would be “Deus, in adjutorium meum intende. Domine, ad adjuvandum me festina.”
Sorry, I was mixing up the beginning with the end. I will correct that with edit to save confusion

I went to youtube.com and seached for “Liturgy of the Hours”. Then with the filter I showed what was “Live”.
In Australia the diocese of Cairns has " Livestream: Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Liturgy of the Hours, Daily Mass." with: “3 pm Office of Readings, 5 pm Evening Prayer, 5:30 pm Mass, 6 pm Night Prayer, 9 am Morning Prayer.” At
There were other results, but it was not clear in the description that they were having the Liturgy of the Hours.
