Liturgy of the Hours New collects question?

Can we use the new collect translations from the Missal when praying the Liturgy of the Hours whenever applicable? I did a quick search and found some links from EWTN that says one can; but I’d figure I’d double check here. ewtn.com/library/Liturgy/zlitur381.htm

Given that you are praying with a small group, or by yourself, you may pray the third edition collects.
