Liturgy of the Hours silence

After the Psalms and Canticles there is supposed to be a period of silence, but the rubrics seem to be a bit ambiguous on this point: is the silent reflection to go between the Gloria Patri and the repeating of the antiphon or between the repeating of the antiphon and the starting of the next antiphon?

Between the repeating of the antiphon, before the psalm prayer (if said) and the next one…and after the reading.
 
Also, does this silence follow the canticles or just the psalms and readings?
