Worship is a specific type of prayer, one given to God alone. More than praise, tho it includes praise. More than asking for mercy, tho it includes that, too.

Liturgy, literally translating as “Work of the People”, is the communal form of worship, as well as the sole service to bring one to participation in the Last Supper.

Worship is owed to God. Liturgy is the public formal expression of worship as a group, that brings us into line with God’s expressed desires for us.
